Delete your account

You can delete your Altseason Radar account yourself, at any time, in the app or on the website.

In the app

1. Open Altseason Radar and go to Account.
2. Scroll down to About and tap Delete my account.
3. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

On the website

Sign in at altseasonradar.app, go to Account and follow the same steps.

What is deleted

Right away and for good: your account (email address and password), your portfolio and watchlist, exit levels, price alerts, notes, your sale log, notification settings, your notification inbox, your Pro status, your AI question count and the devices registered for push notifications.

Copies in our encrypted nightly backups are deleted automatically within 30 days. Feedback you sent is kept without any link to your account. A Pro subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in the Play Store first.

Can’t sign in anymore?

Email altseasonworld@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we delete the account for you.
